Media247Ug successfully completed the July 2024 edition of the Skilling Uganda Magazine, which highlights the significant achievements and transformative impact of the Business, Technical, and Vocational Education and Training (BTVET) Strategic Plan, known as Skilling Uganda. This initiative, launched in 2012 and championed by H.E. Yoweri Museveni and the Ministry of Education and Sports, offers practical vocational training in various trades to senior four leavers, school dropouts, and graduates. The magazine showcases organizational contributions, innovative training programs, and success stories that underscore the importance of skills development for economic growth. It also features educational content, advocacy pieces, and insights into collaborative efforts, aiming to raise awareness and promote further investment in vocational education across Uganda.
